Shipping Policy & Rates
BlueStem Beef steaks are individually wrapped, frozen and vacuum-sealed. They are
shipped in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with an ample supply of dry ice. Ideally,
BlueStem Beef will arrive on your doorstep in its original frozen state. That’s
why we offer the following shipping recommendations along with our rates and instructions.
Recommendation: BlueStem Beef should be in transit no
more than three days, and in the warm summer months, no more than two days. Other
steak sites may offer you a “standard” shipping rate of anywhere from 5 to 10 days.
Remember, this is a frozen product. It won’t stay that way in transit for 5-10 days!
We don’t recommend that and we don’t offer it!
We ship to any location within the continental United States via UPS. Shipments
to Alaska or Hawaii require special handling and rates, so you need to call us for
current prices. Our shipping days are primarily Monday and Tuesday. We can ship
on Wednesday provided the delivery is going 2nd Day Air guaranteed(An additional
$10.95).
Recommendation: Use the chart below to determine approximately
what your shipping charges will be on your order. We will try our best to offer
the very best rate while ensuring that your order of BlueStem Beef arrives in great
condition.

Guarantee: To guarantee delivery on orders, we must have
proper and complete addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O.
addresses, unless we are shipping beef sticks or jerky, which are not frozen products.
We will replace your order or refund your money in the event your order is lost
or damaged while in transit, but we cannot be responsible for customer errors in
ordering or address information.
If you are sending BlueStem Beef as a gift to a third party, please inform that
person of the delivery. Or request that we do that for you. Our packages are delivered
without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery
terminal.
